At present,with the rapid development of global information technology and the increasingly prominent position of data resources in the society,many countries begin to consider how to locate the urban development goals,cultivate new functions of the city and optimize the spatial structure in the context of a new round of technological revolution.Each country has issued the "smart city" strategic plan,taking the construction of smart city as an important means to enhance national competitiveness,in order to seize the commanding point of the new round of information technology revolution.Smart city is based on the new generation of information and communication technologies such as artificial intelligence,5G technology,Internet of things,big data,cloud computing,etc.through the perception,analysis and processing of all kinds of important information in the process of urban operation,it makes intelligent response to the needs of all aspects of society,including transportation,public safety,humanities,environmental protection,business activities,etc.,so as to improve the city's comprehensive Value and overall operation efficiency,create comfortable and high-quality life for residents,realize refined and intelligent management of the city,so as to reduce resource consumption,reduce environmental pollution,solve traffic congestion,eliminate potential safety hazards,and realize the optimization of urban spatial structure and sustainable prosperity and development of social economy.In 2012,the Chinese government also proposed the planning and layout of building a smart city,in order to accelerate economic transformation,grasp the advantages of information industry,and promote the rapid and good development of China's social economy.This paper takes smart Hefei as the research object to explores the path relationship and development trend among the influencing factors of smart cities.First of all,consult a large number of documents,understand the current development trend,influencing factors and main methods of smart city,and put forward the research content and methods of this paper,in order to make a new breakthrough.At the same time,we went deep into Hefei Data Resource Management Bureau,Xun Fei Smart City Research Institute and other places,mastered the core requirements and focus,new opportunities,new challenges of smart city construction through interviews with experts,and combined with literature research,selected the influencing factors of smart city,including five dimensions: smart economy,smart infrastructure,smart management andservice,and smart humanistic quality,smart soft environment,and also pay attention to the significance of smart city to enhance residents' sense of access.Then according to the modeling principle of ISM and the discussion of researchers,a reasonable hierarchical structure model of smart city is constructed.ISM model is divided into six levels,from bottom to top,the highest level is residents' sense of access,and the lowest level is smart economy and smart soft environment.It can be seen that the construction of smart cities should pay attention to respecting the value of "people",making cities more livable,more inclusive and humane.Under this consideration,the influencing factors of smart city are selected,the questionnaire is designed,and the results of the questionnaire are counted,sorted and analyzed to grasp the overall situation.Then,according to the identified five main factors affecting the construction of smart city and 18 indicators,and taking into account the impact of smart city on Residents' subjective feelings,referring to the conclusion of ISM model research,this paper puts forward the hypothesis,builds the level structure equation model of smart city construction through amos23 software,makes a preliminary assumption on the relationship between these five indicators and verifies and analyzes the path It is found that there is a strong correlation between coefficient and load coefficient.Then,based on the historical data such as Hefei statistical yearbook and China Information Yearbook,using the theoretical knowledge of system dynamics,the smart city is regarded as a system,and the system dynamics model is built on the platform of the simulation software Vensim 6.4e.The simulation results show that the smart city will continue to be stable in the future In terms of development status,the input of each subsystem can improve the construction of smart city,of which the smart economy subsystem plays the most powerful role,while the smart soft environment subsystem has the least impact.Finally,it puts forward four suggestions for the development of smart Hefei,which are technological innovation,urban characteristics,resource sharing and smart application.
