Research On Tax Service Problems And Countermeasures Of Jinhu County Tax Bureau Under The Perspective Of Service-oriented Government Theory

Building a "service-oriented government" is one of the important development goals of deepening the reform of government institutions in China,and an important measure of the reform of China’s administrative system.With the change and development of the times,the society has put forward higher requirements for the construction of service-oriented government.Tax service is the main responsibility of the tax Bureau.Its service quality will directly determine the development process of service-oriented government.But so far,the tax service has not really met the needs of taxpayers.From the perspective of service-oriented government,how to provide diversified,convenient and personalized tax services is still an important problem faced by tax authorities.This thesis takes Jinhu County Tax Bureau as the research object,through interviews and questionnaires,to investigate the local tax service in Jinhu County.Through research and development,it is found that the tax service work of Jinhu County Tax Bureau has made some achievements in helping enterprises develop,optimizing business environment experience,and improving tax-related appeal channels.However,there are still many problems,such as incomplete service content,low tax efficiency,unreasonable staffing and so on.The reasons for these problems are as follows: the concept of tax service is backward;Tax service assessment mechanism is not perfect;The degree of informationization of tax service is not high;The management mechanism of tax service demand is not perfect.In view of the above phenomena,the internal reasons are analyzed in depth.From the perspective of service-oriented government,this thesis puts forward some suggestions to optimize the tax service of Jinhu County Tax Bureau,including: insisting on excellence and improving the service effect;Transforming the functions of departments and improving service efficiency;Establish a service concept oriented by the interests of taxpayers.
