| Township government is the most basic organization,having the most direct contact with the masses,and serving the masses is its main purpose.Township government not only affects the rural construction and development,but also promotes the development of all the cause of society.At the present stage of development,township government should gradually change its functions,should pay more attention to the government's service functions,rather than control functions,contribute to the social development of a certain role and provide more real products and services for the people,realizing the overall development of rural areas.This article mainly took the construction of service-oriented township government in Yongjia County of Wenzhou City as an example,by summarizing the preliminary experience in the construction process,analyzed the main problems,such as low administrative efficiency,non-identity of power and responsibility,unreasonable institutions and service content,financial difficulties,imperfect performance appraisal system and so on.The following,from the idea,the finance burden,pressure type under the system of administrative environment,the overall quality of human resources is not high and big talent liquidity,this article analyzed the reasons of the problems.What's more,this article put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. |
