Research Into Construction Of Service-oriented Government In Yiyuan County Of Shandong Province

Along with the continuous development of economy and society, building aservice-oriented government has become the target of administrative reform, some placeshave carried out active exploration both in theory and practice of building aservice-oriented government. At present, although China’s service-oriented governmentbuilding has made many achievements, there is still a big gap from the needs andexpectations of the people，many problems contrary to service-oriented governmentconstruction exist in different degrees. These problems not only have affected the healthyand rapid economic development,social harmony and stability, and the good image of thegovernment in the eyes of the people, but also have affected the significance of buildingservice-oriented government which has been questioned. Therefore, to get out of thetrouble of service-oriented government construction, and constantly improve the effectivepath of service-oriented government building is an urgent task of the government in thereform.As basic level government, the county government is a breakthrough in the nationalservice-oriented government building, which makes great construction significance. Inthis paper, it takes Yiyuan service-oriented government building for the study, explainsthe concept of service-oriented government and related theories,summarizes thesignificant results of Yiyuan service-oriented government building. Meanwhile, there arefurther analysis of problems and causes of the problems in Yiyuan service-orientedgovernment building, and put forward feasible countermeasures based on the analysis.This paper takes a literature study, survey research method,empirical analysismethod and other research methods, applyies theory to practice, explores Yiyuanservice-oriented government building problems strategies through empirical research onYiyuan service-oriented government building, so it is strongly practical. I hope it canprovide a reference for Yiyuan county even grass－roots service-oriented governmentconstruction in China.
