Evaluation Research On Urban Social Security Level Based On Resident Satisfaction

It is of great practical significance to carry out comprehensive evaluation research on the level of urban social security and establish a comprehensive evaluation index system of urban social security in order to deeply understand the connotation of urban social security and enhance the consciousness of urban development and the quality of urban development.At present,most of the studies on the evaluation of urban social security level focus on the economic data indicators of the city.Few studies evaluate the social security level of a city from the perspective of residents' personal feelings.That is to say,based on residents' subjective feelings,whether the city where residents live can effectively meet the material and spiritual needs of residents.Therefore,based on residents' subjective feelings,the evaluation of the social security level of a city is based on resident satisfaction.The research and analysis of urban social security level evaluation has its practical significance.Firstly,in this paper,we study the relevant literature on the analysis of social security level at home and abroad,and analyses the connotation of urban social security and social security level.Four main factors affecting the level of urban social security are determined as social security expenditure,social insurance,social assistance and social welfare,and a theory model of evaluating the level of urban social security based on resident satisfaction is constructed.Secondly,according to the theoretical model,the index system of urban social security level evaluation is established,and corresponding questionnaires are designed.Residents in Changchun city are randomly distributed.Questionnaires are screened and collected.The valid questionnaire data were sorted out.And reliability and effectiveness of the questionnaire data were analyzed.Then,we use the first-order factor model and the higher-order factor model of structural equation model to make an empirical analysis of the theoretical model constructed in this paper.We get the path coefficients between the variables under test and the influencing factors,the influencing factors and the level of urban social security in the model,and the adaptability of the model was tested.Finally,we evaluate the level of urban social security based on the influencing factors of urban social security level,obtain the score of urban social security level based on resident satisfaction,and put forward the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions to help the government to do a good job in the construction of urban social security.
