| With the transformation of local government functions at all levels and the deepening of personnel system reform,the contingent of temporary employees is growing.On the one hand,the hired personnel have made important contributions to the function of the grass-roots government;on the other hand,a small number of temporary employees have appeared the phenomenon of "temporary employees" due to comprehensive quality or extensive management problems,due to the role of material incentive,spiritual incentive and other incentive factors.The temporary personnel team is faced with the management dilemma of high staff mobility,high work intensity and low professional skill level.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the motivation of temporary employees in order to improve their enthusiasm for work.Based on the needs of the development of progress in theory and reality,this paper takes H Guiyang area street agency hired staff incentive mechanism in the status quo as the research object,the two-factor theory,equity theory,reinforcement theory,through the incentive theory and the practice of the relevant information at home and abroad,interview,literature,on the basis of combined with job satisfaction questionnaire,The incentive satisfaction questionnaire is mainly used to investigate the incentive mechanism policy,implementation and current situation of temporary employees in the street offices of H District,Guiyang,so as to be more targeted.It is found that the main problems are as follows: the salary and welfare benefits are not rich,the recognition and reward function is not obvious,the promotion space is not sufficient,the performance appraisal result does not match the actual work situation,etc.The reasons for the above problems are as follows: the salary and welfare system is not perfect;Simplification and formalization of commendation and reward;Limited opportunities for conversion to formal establishment.This paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the incentive mechanism of temporary employees in the street offices of H District,Guiyang:establishing a fair salary and welfare treatment system,strengthening the combination of positive and negative incentives,formulating promotion paths for temporary employees,and improving. |
