Research On The Promotion Of All-for-one Tourism Public Service In Suichang County

With the increasing demand of people’s yearning for a better life,humanized,comfortable and diversified tourism experience and feeling are more and more attention,and the all-region tourism mode is born along the trend.Global tourism advocates that the whole region should be built as a large comprehensive tourism area to meet the needs of tourists in all elements and all-round way.Adequate and perfect and humanized tourism public service is the inevitable choice for the development of all-region tourism,which has gradually become an important factor to attract tourists and repeat customers,and is also one of the prerequisites for boosting the region to achieve high-quality and sustainable development in this region.Suichang County is one of the first all-region tourism demonstration counties in Zhejiang Province,with rich tourism resources and various varieties.It has 44 A scenic spots and 63 A scenic spots,and nearly 209 single natural tourism resources,such as Red Town of 5A scenic Town,83 A scenic villages,7 historical and cultural villages and 24 traditional villages.However,in recent years,under the background of rapid changes in tourism demand,the development speed of tourism in Suichang County is weak.There are many reasons.The most important and most overlooked reason is that it does not well integrate the concept of regional tourism development,and the level of tourism public service is not high.This paper discusses how to improve the level of public service in Suichang County by analyzing the current situation of public service in Suichang County.This paper on the research background,significance,content and methods,on the basis of detailed introduction,collection and sorting of the global tourism,tourism public service,global tourism public service related research results,define the concept of the public goods theory,the new public service theory,tourism system theory,combined with national policy analysis of global tourism public service.Secondly,this paper expounds the current status and effect of regional tourism development in Suichang County,and analyzes the current situation of regional tourism public service construction in Suichang from five aspects: tourism transportation facilities service,tourism public information service,tourism benefit and convenience service,tourism public safety service and tourism public administration service.Through the construction status quo and satisfaction questionnaire survey results,the problems and reasons of the public service construction in the overall tourism development of Suichang County are comprehensively analyzed.Finally problem oriented,combined with the actual situation of suichang,put forward set up the global tourism products,realize the whole process of traffic experience,set up the global tourism resources,rich online tourism information resources,set up the global tourism service,optimize tourism convenient service,set up the global tourism development concept,improve the tourism public administrative service,strengthen the consciousness of "red line",strengthen the tourism security countermeasures and Suggestions,to enhance suichang global tourism public service level contribute certain strength.
