A Study On The Provision Of Village-Bus Service By Local Governments In Baoji From The Perspective Of Service-Oriented Government

For rural residents,the village bus has always been a common means of transportation for travel.With the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,it is crucial to improve the well-being and satisfaction of rural residents in travel,it also puts forward higher requirements on the level and quality of the service provided by local governments.However,through investigation and research,it is found that there are many problems in the service of village-bus in Baoji area,such as policy making,service mode,platform construction,etc.,it has seriously affected the rural people ’ s travel,the development of rural economy and society and the effective implementation of rural revitalization strategy in Baoji area.Therefore,it has become a necessary research topic and practical problem to improve effectively the service provided by local governments in Baoji.From the perspective of building a service-oriented government,this paper conducts an on-the-spot investigation and in-depth interview on the current situation of the service provided by the local governments in Baoji,this paper analyzes the current situation of the local governments in Baoji in terms of policy development,supervision and management,service mode,platform construction and public satisfaction,etc.,summed up the Baoji Village Bus Service policy issued weak guidance,weak supervision,management and punishment,service mode diversity is poor,platform construction lag seriously and the low degree of satisfaction of the masses,etc.,further analysis of the problems arising from the policy-making level,supervision and management level,management system level,platform construction level and service concept level.At the same time,it makes a comparative study on the Advanced Practices of foreign local governments and local governments in other parts of the country in providing village bus service,finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the service level and quality of the bus service provided by the local governments in Baoji.First,we should pay more attention to the bus service,do a good job of resource investment and performance evaluation;Second,it is necessary to do a good job in the supervision and management of the village-to-bus service and form a multi-supervision joint force;third,it is necessary to innovate the service mode of the village-to-bus service and promote the popularization and application of the new Energy Village-to-bus Service;fourth,it is necessary to speed up the construction of the platform for the village-to-bus service,the fifth is to pay attention to the investigation of the needs of the masses and the policy propaganda.
