Research On Evaluation And Improvement Of Emergency Prevention And Control Ability Of Y University

With the rapid development of global economic integration,high-speed Internet technology and a variety of new media technologies,China is experiencing great development opportunities and risks in both political economy and social culture.In view of this,China is facing the urgent need to deepen reform.As an important member of social organizations,colleges and universities will lead to more serious consequences once they are infringed by social problems.The impact of emergencies in Colleges and universities will not only affect the normal teaching order of colleges and universities,damage the lives and property safety of teachers and students,discredit the social reputation accumulated by colleges and universities,hinder the stable and healthy development of colleges and universities,but also cause other unpredictable results.Therefore,how to strengthen the emergency management of colleges and universities and avoid the impact of emergencies is an urgent practical problem to be solved in Colleges and universities in China.Systematic research on this problem is of great practical significance..This paper takes Y University as the research object,guided by the crisis life cycle theory and the 4R theory of crisis management.It constitutes a complete and reasonable evaluation index system.In addition,this paper also synthesizes the characteristics and differences of various evaluation methods of emergency management capabilities,and evaluates and analyzes the emergency management capabilities of Y University after encountering emergencies through the multi-level fuzzy judgment method with outstanding evaluation performance,and gives the results.The evaluation results of its poor emergency management ability.Subsequently,in order to help Y University improve its emergency management measures and improve its emergency management capabilities,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the existing poor emergency management capabilities of Y University from the perspectives of systems,mechanisms,and external factors.The countermeasures and suggestions for improving the emergency management ability of Y University are put forward from the perspectives of,mechanism construction and resource allocation.
