Research On The Optimization Of Business Environment Under The Background Of Smart Government Affairs

With the reform of the "Internet + e-government service" steadily,artificial intelligence,cloud computing,information technology such as block chain has been used increasingly in governance,traditional e-government development has entered into the phase of political wisdom,however,under the background of the mechanism to explore the influential factors of the business environment optimization and the system is still a pending issue.Based on the practice of business service reform in Tian he District of Guangzhou City and the survey data of relevant enterprise managers,Logistics regression model and SEM model are constructed from three levels of organization,process and technology,SPSS and Amos are used to analyze the influencing factors and optimization paths of business environment.The results show that organizational level and process level are the key factors affecting business environment optimization,the organizational level and the process level have significant effect on the business environment optimization from the subjective and objective aspects respectively.The process level exerts the intermediary effect,and the technical level provides the leading condition for the business environment optimization.Therefore,in order to further improve the business environment of Tian he District,the key focus is the coordination among organizations,process optimization and technology platform construction.
