| Mass organizations are an important force in innovating social management methods.However,with the gradual deepening of China’s comprehensive political reform,the traditional management mechanism based on local administrative will can no longer meet the new needs of China’s political,economic and social development.Governance theoretically emphasizes the main characteristics of overall planning and leadership of Party organizations,local administration and multi-party participation of society,The purpose of democratic management of society can be achieved by using the forces of multiple subjects to communicate,coordinate and unite with each other.As the pioneer of mass organizations,trade unions play an important role in connecting the party and the masses of workers.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed that the key component of our party’s socialist cause includes the cause of China’s labor movement,which is the basic work of our party’s governance.However,in recent years,we have investigated and discussed how to make the trade union participation behavior complete and systematic;How to determine the key influencing factors of trade union participation;How to integrate multiple layered perspectives and influencing factors in multiple fields into the model of trade union social governance participation,and how to use factors such as population attribute,family and organization to transform trade union participation into active participation are still very weak in research,which is in urgent need of further research.This paper will take the survey data of district C of city a as the material,use the theory of social stratification and social governance,deeply use a new perspective to investigate the current situation of trade union members’ participation in local social governance,and study the influence and mechanism of their participation in social governance from four fields of individual,family and organization.Through the research results,this paper discusses the optimization path of local social governance.Combined with the analysis of the research conclusions,it is concluded that the optimization path to enhance the participation of trade union members in social governance is to establish a supporting decision-making participation mechanism for people at different levels;Create a participation platform,provide opportunities for trade union members to participate,and improve the enthusiasm of trade union members to participate;Improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism for participating in social governance,promote the democratization of decision-making and implementation,and stimulate internal vitality;When designing or implementing policies and systems,we should fully consider from various perspectives,formulate different policies for different levels,and promote the development of local social governance. |
