Research On Cadre Training And Optimization Path Of Grassroots Women’s Federation

The basic function of cadres of women’s federations at the grassroots level is to meet the needs of women groups accordingly,which is also an important link between the government,the Party and women.The contents and methods of the work of cadres of grassroots women’s federations directly affect the vital interests of women.The establishment of scientific,practical and efficient training mechanism for cadres of grassroots women’s federations has far-reaching historical significance and rich practical significance.Therefore,the study of cadres training and optimization of grassroots women’s federations has become one of the new tasks in the work of women’s federations in the new era.Grassroots women’s federation,as the party under the leadership of the wide range of women’s groups,the function of it is very important,is the firm executor of the party’s policies,principles,and active practitioners of women’s career development goals in our country,cultivating and forging a rich creativity and cohesion of All-China Women’s Federation cadres at the grassroots level is in the new era,a new journey to new mission and new requirements.Throughout the domestic and foreign research on women’s federation cadres at the grass-roots level training mechanism,we must clearly recognize that there are problems in mechanism in our country many insufficiencies and short board,which includes the content of the training set is too simple,formalized in training methods,training the actual effect is difficult to meet the needs of the grass-roots,and so on.From the perspective of professional public management,this paper,taking S Town of B county as an example,analyzes the current situation of cadres of grassroots women’s federations,and puts forward corresponding training plans,countermeasures and application of training results,so as to provide reference and reference for the training and research work of cadres of grassroots women’s federations.At present,China is carrying out a new round of deepening institutional reform,and the modernization of national governance capacity is the ultimate goal of the reform.As one of the mass organizations,the women’s Federation is also one of the important organizations advocating institutional reform since the 18th CPC National Congress.Women’s federations are the pillar and cornerstone of our society.To build and train such organizations and cadres is also the focus of the reform of women’s federations,and it is a popular project to benefit women at the grass-roots level.Therefore,it is imperative to study and plan the training mechanism of grassroots women’s federation cadres.
