A Study On The Strategy Of Inheriting Red Gene In The Activities Of The Community Youth Working Committee

The red gene is the core vitality of the Communist Party of China,and the advanced essence,ideological line,glorious tradition and fine style of the Party tempered in its long struggle.Inheriting the red gene is the source of strengthening national cohesion and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era.The activities of the community young working committee to carry on the red gene,which is conducive to the realization of children’s education,the socialization of the cultivation of young pioneers’ ideals and beliefs,and the implementation of the whole-person education of the young pioneers.The inheritance of the red gene conforms to the requirements of the development of The Times,extends the educational function of the committee,with its own advantages in space and time,and increasingly attracts the attention and support from all walks of life.In this study,we selected the young pioneers and community young working committees of two communities in the five districts of Chengdu city as the research objects to understand the understanding,recognition,practice and evaluation of the community young pioneers and the activities of the community young working committees,and analyzed their current situation.The data show that the Community Youth Working Committee of the five districts of Chengdu is inheriting the red gene in the initial development stage,and the overall effect is good,but there are still problems such as not deep understanding of the connotation of the red gene,not high recognition of values,and not obvious practice of ideas.Therefore,on the basis of the current situation investigation,this study expounds the relevant reasons of the activity theory,mainly in the following aspects: the unclear activity objectives,the lack of professional working committee,the limited participation of young pioneers,the insufficient linkage of the activity community,the alienation of activity environment,the lack of activity rules,etc.According to the existing problems and reasons,making the strategic exploration from the following aspects: first,firmly grasp the goal of the inheritance of the red gene;second,improve the construction of the position of the community committee,improve the professional level of the community committee;third,improve the understanding of the red gene of the team members,expand the opportunity to participate in red activities;fourth,integrate the surrounding red resources to create community characteristic activities;fifth,seek the cooperation between the home school and the community,and play the joint advantages;sixth,improve the relevant system to ensure the operation of the red activities of the community committee.
