Research On The Government Countermeasures To The Aging Population In Heilongjiang Provinc

In 2000,China began to enter the aging society,and now after more than 20 years of development,China’s population aging degree has been deepening.As one of the old industrial bases in Northeast China,Heilongjiang Province,although the time of population aging is 5 years later than that of the whole country,the speed of aging is obviously accelerated in recent years,and the degree of population aging ranks the third in the whole country.Therefore,it is urgent to explore effective ways to deal with the aging population in Heilongjiang Province.Taking the aging population of Heilongjiang Province as the research object,taking the theory of population transition and the dynamic model of population migration as the theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the specific manifestations and characteristics of population aging in Heilongjiang Province and discusses the reasons for the emergence and rapid development of population aging in Heilongjiang Province from three aspects: the change of marriage and childbearing concept,the change of family structure and inter-provincial population migration,and finally from the perspective of government countermeasures,from the perspective of improving population policies,improving the institutional mechanisms for retaining and attracting talents,and implementing "active aging" The three aspects of the strategy put forward targeted policy suggestions to cope with the aging of the population in Heilongjiang Province,in order to slow down the aging of the population in Heilongjiang Province and ensure social harmony and stability.
