A Study On The Development Policy Of The Aged Service Industry In Inner Mongolia From The Perspective Of Population Aging Taking Institutional Aging Service As An Example

Speeding up the development of service industry,and continuously meet the needs of the elderly pension service continued rapid growth,is an urgent task for completion of a comprehensive well-off society,is also an important measure to enhance our new consumer services supply ability,it plays an important role in stimulating consumption and employment,promoting economic growth and maintaining social stability.Based on the analysis of the theory of industrial policy,demand level theory,welfare pluralism theory,supply and demand theory and other related theory,from the accelerated aging,aging structural balance,old aging acceleration,empty nesters,serious,old man in good health five aspects of the current situation of aging population of Inner Mongolia analysis;in the number,the age structure is based on the future development trend.Lead by situation and policy analysis of Inner Mongolia pension services industry development,sort out the existence of Inner Mongolia pension services industry development problems,mainly low level of industrialization,social capital,lack of investment,private institutions operating difficulties,the uneven quality of service,the quality of employees is not high and the fees are too high to accept from the government behavior and etc.;policy perspective,policy mechanisms to cause problems in-depth analysis,summed up the reform of institutional mechanisms lag,support policies in place,the lack of financing mechanism to industrial development planning,investment system is not perfect,the government support is not reasonable and the classification of policy loopholes,the government functions have not been completely transformed and other reasons seven aspects;and problem oriented,from accelerating the transformation of government functions,strengthen the system.Planning and speed up the progress of the reform,the development of industrial planning,etc.,put forward the policy recommendations to optimize the development of the pension services industry in Inner Mongolia.
