Study On The Legal Guarantee Of Sports Public Service In Xiangxi Region

With the continuous development and improvement of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the era has endowed the Party and the country with new connotations and development content,and the people’s pursuit of physical fitness and physical fitness has become the new era.In this context,It is necessary to increase the diversified supply of sports public service,change the traditional supply mode and promote the legal construction of sports public service.The central and local governments have issued on strengthening sports public service regulations and policies,but as a result of xiangxi area restricted by their own conditions for economic development,the government and related sports management department for mass sports public service value degree is insufficient,supply relationship between the government and non-government body imbalances,the people for sports rights consciousness.Therefore,this paper believes that it is necessary to establish a complete set of sports public service management system and legal system in western Hunan,standardize the government and social organizations to provide services,increase the legislation of sports public service in western Hunan,strengthen the protection of the people’s sports rights in western Hunan from the legal level.In the first chapter,the author introduces the concept and characteristics of sports public service,expounds the relevant theories of sports public service,and summarizes the legal process of sports public service in China.The second chapter lists the current situation and existing problems of sports public service in western Hunan,including imbalance of supply structure,imperfect demand mechanism and incomplete management system.According to the analysis,the reasons for these problems include insufficient attention from the government,lack of diversified supply and scientific and efficient management system.The third chapter,through the legal perspective,discusses the legal factors that restrict the public service of sports in western Hunan in the aspects of legislation and law enforcement,and discusses the legal loopholes existing in the public service of sports in western Hunan.In the fourth chapter,the author puts forward corresponding legal countermeasures for the future development of sports public service in western Hunan,such as strengthening sports legislation,improving sports administrative law enforcement level,perfecting judicial relief channels,and enhancing citizens’ concept of sports rights.The realization of citizens’ sports rights cannot be separated from the support of the rule of law.Through investigation and analysis,this paper summarizes the deficiencies existing in the development of sports public service in western Hunan,and uses legal measures to protect citizens’ sports rights,so as to realize the legal construction of sports public service in western Hunan as soon as possible.
