Research On The Construction Of The CPC’s Inner-Party Regulations In Yan’an Period

The Communist Party of China has always focused on the construction of the Party,and the construction of Party regulations is an important part of the Party’s construction.The Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues Concerning the Comprehensive Promotion of the Rule of Law adopted at the Fourth Plenary Session of the18 th CPC Central Committee proposed the formation of a perfect system of Party regulations.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee pointed out that the formulation of Party regulations should be guided by the newly revised Regulations,so that the Party’s leadership and Party building regulations and systems in all aspects are coordinated,the lower regulations and systems are connected with the higher regulations and systems,and the substantive,procedural and safeguard regulations and systems are complementary.Adhering to the rule of law,ruling the Party according to rules and regulations,and ruling the Party strictly,the Party’s purity is effectively guaranteed in the construction of Party regulations.Party regulations involve many aspects.The thesis mainly compares the normative documents of the Party regulations construction of the CPC during the Yan’an period,divided into six aspects of Party regulations of ideology,organization,propaganda,discipline,cadres and supervision,and summarizes the characteristics of Party regulations in this period to provide some referenceable reference for the Party regulations construction today.During the thirteen years of partial rule of the CPC during the Yan’an period,the construction of party regulations had a powerful role in advancing the party’s political construction,institutional construction and discipline construction.The party formulated numerous normative documents related to party regulations in conjunction with the actual Chinese society and the needs of political party survival at that time,highlighting the institutionalization and regulation of party regulations and using them to govern the party and manage the party,combining Marxist rule of law thought with Chinese social practice,and has achieved effective results.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasizes that in the process of promoting the rule of law to strengthen strict governance of the Party,it is necessary to summarize and apply the successful experience of the Party in leading the people in the practice of the rule of law,and in this process of strengthening the construction of Party regulations,it is necessary to learn from history,summarize lessons,and form more perfect,strict,and systematic Party regulations.Therefore,it is important to conduct an in-depth study of the history of the study of the construction of Party regulations in the Communist Party of China during the Yan’an period,so as to explore its contemporary inspiration.
