Pioneer counselors are a key role in promoting the work of the Pioneer Corps and the healthy growth of the pioneers,and they are the instructors of the pioneers on their life path and the main force of ideological and political education.Pioneer counselors as the primary bearer of the youth pioneer teamwork,the pioneer team’s work,and the pioneers’ healthy development play a pivotal role.With the progress of the times,the change in the educational environment,and the development of the Pioneer Corps activities need new theories to guide,the traditional Pioneer Corps counselor model can no longer adapt to the requirements of contemporary children’s learning and life.Therefore,promoting the professional development of Pioneer counselors has become more and more the focus of the whole society,and the professional identity of Pioneer counselors is the driving force of their professional formation and development,as well as an effective way to promote the professional growth of Pioneer counselors.This study takes the professional identity of pioneer counselors as the starting point,based on the goal of promoting the professional development of pioneer counselors,and uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey,and interview methods to analyze the problems of the professional identity of pioneer counselors.This paper understands the professional identity of pioneer counselors through literature analysis and interviews and then prepares a professional identity questionnaire for pioneer counselors to further investigate and study pioneer counselors to understand the overall status of their professional identity of pioneer counselors.This study found that:although the overall professional identity of the current Pioneer counselors showed a high trend of identity,at the level of professional cognition,the awareness of professional identity was relatively weak,and there was a conflict of multiple professional identities;at the level of professional emotion,the sense of professional belonging was not strong,and the sense of burnout was high;at the level of professional behavior,there was a strong intention to leave and the psychological behavior of getting by.In response to the above problems,this study focuses on the factors influencing the professional identity of Pioneer counselors at the individual,school,and social levels,and discusses the possible ways and strategies for the formation and development of the professional identity of Pioneer counselors in terms of both internal systems and external support.This paper analyzes the problems and influencing factors of the pioneer counselors,and on this basis,tries to find strategies to enhance the professional identity of the pioneer counselors:to enhance the level of professional identity of the pioneer counselors,we should stimulate the main consciousness of the pioneer counselors,awaken the professional consciousness of the pioneer counselors,and focus on the cultivation of the professional identity emotion of the pioneer counselors.At the same time,the school where the pioneer counselors teach should focus on building a platform for the professional development of pioneer counselors,providing more development opportunities for pioneer counselors,and education-related departments should also provide policy support and guarantee for the development of pioneer counselors.The combination of intrinsic strategies and external support to the formation and development of the professional identity of the pioneer counselors to support and guarantee.
