| Since entering the 21 st century, economic transformation and upgrading of demand structure have pushed China’s urbanization process to a "climax".Urbanization has transitioned from the 1.0 stage of urbanization with resource, factor, and industrial agglomeration, the 2.0 stage of technology driven innovation urbanization,to the 3.0 stage of urbanization with current urban functional relaxation.According to the seventh national population census data, the growth rate of the floating population in ethnic minority areas has exceeded the average level of the national floating population growth rate, and the scale of the floating population is huge.Under the mobility pattern, the social governance pattern in the Yunnan Guizhou ethnic areas is variable, economic development lags behind, social contradictions are prominent, and the risk of large-scale re employment remains high. The most direct manifestation of the massive population loss is the continuous decrease in the total rural population,as well as the resulting shrinkage of rural public cultural space. The traditional endogenous social support network has disintegrated, interpersonal relationships have weakened, villagers’ collective affairs have been "ignored","village committees" have talent gaps, individuals are separated from the "public sphere" of the village, and villagers are indifferent to collective affairs.Looking at the current research status at home and abroad, the rural "crisis" caused by population loss has attracted some attention. In fact, rural population outflow is an inevitable law and phenomenon in the process of industrialization and urbanization, and there is no need to completely deny and exclude it.Due to population outflow,"population hollowing out",farmland desolation, rural decline, and villagers’ autonomy become a mere formality, and how to solve these problems on the basis of following the laws of urbanization,Adapting to social development and reshaping new rural areas that are suitable for the new era is a key focus that Yunnan Guizhou ethnic areas must pay attention to in promoting social development and achieving rural revitalization.Based on the above background, this article uses participatory governance theory and co production theory as guidance, selecting Yunnan Guizhou ethnic areas as the research object. The study found that there is a serious outflow of rural population in Yunnan Guizhou ethnic areas, and population outflow will reduce the enthusiasm of villagers in Yunnan Guizhou ethnic areas to participate. In the context of population outflow, villagers’ participation in rural governance in Yunnan Guizhou ethnic areas faces weakened village community interaction and limited participation channels The problems of lack of trust and weak participation awareness among villagers, limited grassroots investment, and insufficient social mobilization. In order to further investigate the deep-seated factors that affect the participation of villagers in Yunnan Guizhou ethnic areas caused by population outflow, this article follows the research approach of "theoretical assumptions empirical analysis policy recommendations",and uses the 2018 China Labor Force Dynamic Survey data(2018CLDS)to empirically analyze the impact of population outflow on the participation of villagers in Yunnan Guizhou ethnic areas. After data screening, the research variables were standardized and combined with a binary logistic regression model,This paper empirically studies the impact of population outflows on villagers’ participation in rural governance in Yunnan Guizhou ethnic minority areas. At the same time,it uses the R mediaton multiplier integral distribution method in R to verify the three intermediary paths of social interaction layer, villagers’ trust layer, and grass-roots input layer, and then uses sobel analysis to conduct a robustness test. The results show that: social interaction layer, villagers’ trust layer The 95% confidence interval(95% CI)of the mesomeric effect value corresponding to the grass-roots input level does not contain 0,that is,the population outflow has a significant negative impact on the villagers’ participation in Yunnan Guizhou ethnic minority areas, and the population outflow reduces the villagers’ willingness to participate by weakening the villagers’ interaction, reducing the level of folk trust in villages, impeding grass-roots social mobilization and other mechanisms.Based on the research conclusion, this article believes that the weakening of social interaction, lack of trust among villagers, and limited grassroots investment are the deep-seated factors that affect the participation of villagers in rural governance in Yunnan Guizhou ethnic areas due to population outflow.Sufficient attention should be paid to them.In order to further enhance the enthusiasm of villagers in rural governance in Yunnan Guizhou ethnic areas, this article believes that we should start from three dimensions: social interaction layer, village trust layer, and grassroots investment layer to optimize the grassroots talent team,Exert the cohesion of grassroots organizations and improve the mobilization of grassroots society;Accelerate the promotion of group development, promote point management, and provide villagers with reorganization;By building an intelligent interactive platform and creating public spaces,we can achieve spatial reconstruction and broaden the channels for villagers to participate. This is of great significance for promoting the revitalization of rural areas in Yunnan Guizhou ethnic areas. |
