Research On The Collection,Management And Utilization Of Urban Construction Archives Information Resources

Urban construction archives record the course of a city’s construction and development,and are the memory of a city’s changes.Under the background of the digital Yangtze River Delta strategy,the urban construction archives business in E City is facing upgrading and transformation,and it is urgent to optimize the collection,management and utilization of urban construction archives information resources to effectively help urban construction and development.Based on the current situation of urban construction archives in E city,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of urban construction archives through literature method,case study method and semi-structured interview method,and finds that the problems existing in the collection,management and utilization of urban construction archives information resources in E city mainly include:In the collection of urban construction archives information resources,there are problems such as lack of scientific and systematic systems and regulations,unreasonable collection structure,and the collection effect needs to be strengthened;The problem of "dead archives" is more prominent;in the utilization of urban construction archives information resources,there are problems such as lack of archives awareness of archives,the phenomenon of "running many times" by archives,and low utilization of information resources.From the perspective of the causes of the problems,the problems in the collection of urban construction archives information resources are caused by the government’s lack of attention to the construction of systems and regulations,the single collection method and content of urban construction archives,and the overall quality of urban construction archives staff.The causes of problems in information resource management are insufficient government financial support,insufficient attention to the development of management systems,and poor editing and research results;the causes of problems in the utilization of urban construction archives information resources are insufficient publicity for archives utilization and lack of documentation.Lack of remote investigation and insufficient sharing of information resources.In view of the problems existing in the collection of urban construction archives information resources,measures such as strengthening government supervision and management,improving collection methods,and strengthening personnel training are conceived;in view of the problems existing in urban construction archives information resources management,it is conceived to increase financial support and strengthen smart archives.Measures such as building and changing the direction of archives compilation and research;in view of the problems existing in the utilization of urban construction archives information resources,measures such as increasing the publicity of archives utilization,adjusting the service mode of archives utilization,and strengthening the sharing path of information resources are conceived.Through this research,we try to optimize the work of urban construction archives in E city,so as to make the work of urban construction archives beneficial to the people and enterprises in depth and practical.
