With the development of China’s economy and society, there has been a surge in urban population and the continuous expansion of urban boundaries, resulting in the emergence of a unique and universal residential area-urban villages.Urban villages are a unique product of China’s urban-rural social structure system.Although in recent years, urban construction has developed rapidly, and most urban villages are no different from urban communities in terms of appearance and geographical location, they still adopt a village level management system in various internal links, which is significantly different from the urban community management system and cannot be generalized. As a result, there are problems in living environment, social security, and other aspects,Affected the overall urban appearance. At the same time, the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the construction of a grassroots governance community. As an important part of the grassroots governance system, urban village governance cannot be ignored,so strengthening urban village governance is urgent. At present, when the conditions for "village to house" in urban villages cannot be met, urban village governance has become a special form of rural governance. With the gradual diversification of governance entities entering urban villages, there are diverse governance entities such as street offices, village level party organizations, village committees, villagers, property management enterprises, and social organizations. The main issue to be studied in this article is how to fully leverage the power of multiple entities in the governance of urban villages, promote collaborative governance among multiple entities, solve the governance problems of urban villages, improve the governance level of urban villages, and meet the needs of the people for a better life. This article takes the urban village in G Street,L District as an example.Through a combination of theory and practice, the SFIC collaborative governance model is used, and literature analysis and interview methods are used to study the current situation, existing problems, and the next optimization path of multi subject collaborative governance in urban village governance.Specifically,in Chapter 1,the introduction discusses the research background, significance, current research status at home and abroad, analytical framework, research methods, and innovations of the multi subject collaborative governance of urban villages; The second chapter defines the concepts of urban village, urban village governance, and multi entity collaborative governance, and elaborates on the theoretical collaborative governance theory,SFIC model, and multi center governance theory used;Chapter 3elaborates on the selection of the SFIC model, establishes the SFIC model based on the actual situation of G Street’s urban villages, sorts out and analyzes the multiple governance entities, and summarizes the preliminary results of the collaborative governance of G Street’s urban villages with multiple entities; The fourth chapter lists the existing difficulties from the perspective of multiple governance entities, and deeply analyzes the reasons for the problems based on the four factors that affect the synergy effect in the SFIC model; The fifth chapter is to promote the optimization of the path of collaborative governance among multiple subjects in urban villages from special to general,by clarifying the scope of rights and responsibilities of multiple subjects, stimulating the spirit of participation of multiple subjects, improving the design of collaborative governance systems, and improving the support of collaborative governance process mechanisms, and providing effective path choices for urban village governance.
