| With the rapid development of urbanization,a lot of rural areas around the city have been centrally demolished,and resettlement communities have emerged as The Times require.Most of the resettlement communities are located in the rural-urban fringe,with scarce resources,poor infrastructure,large personnel mobility,and diversified resident needs,which bring many difficulties to community management.The grid management mode,as an important practice of strengthening and innovating social governance,is also an effective means to protect the rights and interests of the masses in all aspects and improve the quality of people’s life.At present,urban communities have accumulated a lot of experience in the process of implementing grid management.However,if the relocation and resettlement communities copy the grid management mode of urban communities,there will be a situation of "acclimatization",which will affect the governance of the entire relocation and resettlement communities.Therefore,it is of great benefit to study how to apply the grid management to the resettlement community.In this paper,X Community,a relocation community in Suzhou,is selected as the research object and studied from the perspective of new public service theory.Starting from the actual situation of grid management of the local community,through literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the case of X community.Through the analysis of how to divide the grid,build the grid team,list the service list,use the grid linkage information platform,establish the problem solving and circulation mechanism,implement the assessment system and other aspects,understand the implementation process of grid management in X community,and conclude that X community has the characteristics of adhering to the guidance of party building and establishing the working mechanism according to local conditions.It has also achieved the improvement of public security environment,civilized fashion and residents’ satisfaction.Subsequently,through the survey data results of questionnaire survey and interview method,it was found that Resettlement community generally exist such management dilemmas as low professional level of grid personnel,mismatch between service content and residents’needs,and insufficient organizational support.Through investigation and analysis,it is understood that the reasons leading to the above problems probably include the government’s insufficient attention,residents’ ideas have not changed,the mechanism of coordination is not perfect yet,the grid there are lack of personnel management system construction and so on.Finally,drawing on the experience and inspiration of relevant domestic places,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the grid management of relocation communities from the aspects of deepen the people-oriented service idea,improving the grid management system construction,and promoting the construction of high-quality teams. |
