Research On Research On Ideological And Political Education And Cultural Environment Construction Of Old Urban Communities Based On Community Governance

As a subsystem of society,the community is an important "cell" of society.The community is not only related to the implementation of the general policies of the Party and the State,but also closely linked to the fundamental interests of the people and the overall harmony and stability of society.At present,China is continuing to promote the reform process of governance system and governance capacity modernization,as the object of community governance practice,urban old communities need to strengthen the ideological and political education and cultural environment construction,and constantly consolidate the solid foundation of social development.This paper selects five representative old communities in Wuhan city as the research object,takes community governance as the research perspective,and uses questionnaires and interviews to conduct a series of studies on the current situation of the construction of ideological and political education and cultural environment in old urban communities,and finds that there are shortcomings and deficiencies in their construction.Based on the four aspects of organization,propaganda,affinity and cohesion,this paper carefully analyzes the problems and explores the causes of the problems,and tries to propose corresponding countermeasures for the construction of ideological and political education culture environment in old urban communities.First of all,in the construction of organizational power,we should take the improvement of the organizational power of old urban communities as the leader,strengthen the party building to lead the community governance,carry out training to optimize the talent structure,and strengthen the assessment to improve the institutional mechanism;in the construction of propaganda power,we should take the strengthening of the propaganda power of old urban communities as the grasp,improve the innovation of propaganda thinking,expand the coverage of propaganda content,and enhance the recognition of propaganda methods;in the construction of affinity construction,to consolidate the old urban community affinity construction as a basis,remember the responsibility and mission of community workers,improve the theoretical education of community workers,optimize the expression of community workers;in the cohesion construction,to enhance the old urban community cohesion construction as a guarantee,to stimulate residents to participate in enthusiasm,red cultural activities,and cultivate the public spirit of the community.The above initiatives aim to coordinate multiple factors and form a synergy to further optimize and improve the current construction of ideological and political education and cultural environment in old urban communities,improve community governance capacity,enhance the effectiveness of community ideological and political education,and help create a harmonious community and society.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide some reference and reference for the construction of ideological and political education environment in old communities in Wuhan and other similar cities in China.
