Research On Public Opinion Guidance Strategy Of Government Affairs Microblog In Public Emergencies

Today’s society is full of all kinds of risks,all kinds of public emergencies appear frequently.Negative public opinions caused by public emergencies will be spread in a rift manner through social media such as Weibo,thus causing adverse impacts on cyberspace and social security,with negative significance far beyond the event itself.With the gradual integration of the microblog platform into the daily life of the people and the construction of the new media of the government,the role of the government microblog in guiding public opinion on public emergencies is increasingly apparent.However,in the actual process of public opinion guidance,the effect of public opinion guidance brought by government affairs microblog has a variety of variability.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the public opinion guidance ability of government microblog in public emergencies.This paper aims at the field of public opinion guidance of government Weibo in public emergencies,analyzes the public opinion guidance of government Weibo in public emergencies,and sorts out the public opinion in public emergencies through research methods such as literature research and case study.Choosing "Zhengzhou 7·20 Heavy rain disaster Event" as a representative case,the paper analyzes the communication characteristics of government microblog in public opinion guidance at various stages in public emergencies,and concludes that government microblog plays a positive role in guaranteeing citizens’ right to know,clarifying confusing rumors and resolving negative public opinions.However,due to the complexity and diversity of public emergencies,a perfect mode of public opinion guidance in response to public emergencies has not yet been formed on government Weibo,and there are still some outstanding problems,such as a single way of public opinion guidance and insufficient interaction of public opinion guidance.Based on the reality,this paper proposes feasible public opinion guidance strategies to maximize the function of public opinion guidance in view of the progress made by government Weibo in the current work of public emergencies and the shortcomings of public opinion guidance.In the face of changes unseen in a century,the government must make good use of the government micro blog to hone and form a high-level governance ability,and minimize the adverse impact of Internet public opinion in public emergencies.
