Study On The Construction Of Reservoir Immigrant Villages In Ningde City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The Rural Revitalization Strategy was clearly put forward in the report of the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,which is a new strategy put forward on the basis of building a "new socialist countryside" through continuous summary and exploration.The general requirements of Rural Revitalization are "prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized rural style and effective governance",Through overall promotion of rural economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction,ecological civilization construction and Party construction,we will accelerate the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity,accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and take the road of Socialist Rural Revitalization with Chinese characteristics.Rural resettlement is the most important way of reservoir resettlement,so it is also an important participant and beneficiary in the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Since the implementation of the late stage support policy for reservoir resettlement,the resettlement management organization of Ningde reservoir area has greatly improved the income and living standard of the reservoir resettlement by issuing direct subsidy funds and constructing late stage support projects.However,with the development of social economy,the resettlement masses put forward new requirements for the resettlement work,and the resettlement management organization is also facing new challenges.Through the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,we can further improve the sense of acquisition of the immigrant masses,improve the production and living standards of the immigrant villages,and effectively promote the stability and stability of the immigrant villages in the reservoir area.In this paper,through interviews,questionnaires and other forms of research on the construction of resettlement villages in Ningde reservoir area,on the basis of the research,combing the current situation of the construction of resettlement villages in Ningde reservoir area,and using the theory of public governance and public product theory analysis.It is concluded that there are still some problems in the construction of immigrant villages in Ningde City,such as the weak village level collective economy,the slow increase in production and income of immigrant masses,the low public awareness of immigrant masses,the imperfect long-term mechanism,and the lack of cultural construction of immigrant villages.This paper points out that the main reasons for the gap between the construction of immigrant villages and the related objectives of the Rural Revitalization Strategy are the lack of attention to the immigration work,the insufficient supply of public products in immigrant villages,the weak sense of common participation of the immigrant masses,the need to improve the ability of immigrant cadres,and the insufficient excavation of immigrant culture.Finally,it points out that in the process of the construction of resettlement villages in the reservoir area of Ningde City,it is necessary to deeply combine with the requirements of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of adhering to the party’s principle of governing rural areas,adjusting measures to local conditions in production and development projects,establishing and improving long-term mechanism,prospering rural culture,cultivating characteristic industries,etc.Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,it aims to do a good job in the resettlement work of Ningde reservoir area,build a new reservoir area resettlement village which is "livable,suitable for business and suitable for tourism",continuously promote the stability and stability of the resettlement village in the reservoir area by increasing production and income,improving living environment,further improve the satisfaction rate of the immigrant masses to the implementation of the policy,and effectively improve the sense of happiness and acquisition of the immigrant masses.
