How to ensure that the daily maintenance of the bus is in accordance with the specification? wait.Today,with the rapid development of information technology and the transformation and upgrading of government functions,the use of science and technology to strengthen the management and use of public cars and improve the operation efficiency of public cars have become the research focus and urgent demand.On the basis of studying and thinking about the domestic and foreign research on the management of official vehicles,this paper summarizes the experience and lessons of domestic and foreign official vehicles management,and takes the information management of official vehicles directly under Fuzhou City as an example,starting from the analysis of the current situation,to dig out the problems,and combined with the questionnaire and interview results of the public vehicle management cadres and service personnel of the units directly under Fuzhou City,to explore the solutions to the problems Methods to improve the efficiency of bus management.Through comparison,analysis and research,on the basis of learning and thinking about the domestic and foreign research on the management of official vehicles,this paper summarizes the experience and lessons of domestic and foreign official vehicles management,and takes the information management of official vehicles directly under Fuzhou City as an example,starting from the analysis of the current situation,digging out the problems,and combining with the public vehicle management cadres and the information management of official vehicles directly under Fuzhou City Based on the questionnaire and interview results,this paper explores the methods to solve the problems and improve the efficiency of bus management.To improve the level of information management of public cars in Fuzhou,we should start from the following aspects: first,break the data barrier and establish an information comprehensive database,link the secretaries of various departments involved in the management of public cars,and establish a one car one file under the real-time linkage of data;The second is to improve the function construction of the public car use management system.In order to realize the user needs of the system,the system developer upgrades the system and constantly improves its functions,so as to maximize its efficiency and realize the "one network" operation of the business related to the use and management of official cars;Third,strengthen the supervision of the use and management of public cars,establish the monitoring and grading early warning system for the implementation of public cars,and develop the comprehensive scoring system for the management of public cars;The fourth is to establish the awareness of scientific management and use of public transport management cadres and service personnel,arm their minds with information technology,and effectively improve the level of scientific management through training and publicity.
