Research On Service Satisfaction Of Community Police In Xinyu Hi-tech Industry Development Zone

Community policing is an important part of public security department to maintain social security,and its effect is crucial to social stability.In order to better understand the public’s satisfaction with the community policing work,this study adopted the survey data of Xinyu High-tech Zone,and conducted an in-depth study on the public’s overall evaluation of the community policing work from five dimensions of police receiving and handling,cracking down on illegal and criminal activities,patrol prevention and control,community management and window service,as well as demographic characteristics,so as to better meet the needs of the public.Promote the continuous improvement of social order.This study uses literature method,case analysis and questionnaire method to collect data and make an in-depth analysis of five factors affecting community police satisfaction.Investigate and study from five dimensions.Through the evaluation of the five dimensions of community policing in Xinyu High-tech Zone,the citizens are satisfied with the service attitude,work efficiency and processing conclusion of the police receiving and handling.At the same time,they also appreciate the policy propaganda force,window service level and unit service working environment.The detection rate of theft cases,the detection rate of telecom fraud cases and the result of case handling are the lowest.The satisfaction rate of patrol prevention and control,social security and the business ability of window service is also relatively low.After analysis,the reasons for the low satisfaction of the masses can be attributed to five aspects: first,the limitation of policy provisions,and the dilemma of "finding the police when there is difficulty".second,The coverage rate of monitoring equipment is insufficient and the awareness of service needs to be strengthened.third,The time arrangement of patrol prevention and control is not scientific,lacks pertinence,does not give full play to the patrol prevention and control force,and lacks action.Four,the community management time investment is not enough,the relationship between the police and the people is distant,the sense of service is weak.Five,the window service needs to be improved,the policy publicity channel is not smooth.In view of the problems,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward: first,in order to improve the quality of service and ensure that the people get satisfactory service,the police should strengthen the three kinds of safety consciousness of civilized safety,fair safety and responsibility safety.Second,to optimize the effectiveness of case handling,speed up the handling of cases,strengthen the control of cases,and crack down on illegal and criminal activities.Third,strengthen the technical support,strengthen the police sinking,in patrol prevention and control dimension to grasp the guidance of public opinion.Fourth,strengthen the policy publicity,improve the quality of community life,in the dimension of social management.Finally,in the dimension of window service,strengthen the policy publicity,so as to further improve the efficiency of acceptance and processing.
