Study On The Quality Evaluation Of The Combination Of Medical And Nursing Services In Taiyuan Pension Institutions

The prominent features of aging population and aging of the aged,the physical function of the elderly declines and diseases increase,the traditional family pension is obviously unable to bear the huge burden of pension.As an important mode of socialized pension,At present,on the basis of traditional pension services,pension institutions are gradually developing medical services,has achieved positive practice on the combination of medical and pension services in foundation of conventional pension services,and fully integrating the two resources of medical care and pension care,meeting the diversified demand of the elderly in "pension" and "medical".Taiyuan,as one of the national pilot cities for the combination of medical and pension services,has been actively exploring the combination of medical and pension services for a long time.The level of service capacity of pension institutions has become the focus of the elderly.Taking elderly care institutions in urban areas of Taiyuan City as the research object,the comprehensive evaluation of their combined medical and nursing services is carried out,in order to improve the service quality and realize that the elderly have access to care for the elderly and the sick have access to medical care.Adopt questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,Practically analyze the current situation of the quality of medical and nursing services in the pension institutions in Taiyuan.Revise and improve SERVQUAL service quality evaluation model,In terms of the five indicators of tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance and empathy,the targets of effectiveness is innovatively constructed.Combined with <the code for integrated Medical and Nursing Services of institutions> published by Taiyuan City,The combination of medical and nursing services is divided into four service dimensions: life care,medical care,rehabilitation services and culture entertainment.Combining AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,all-round evaluation of the service quality of medical and nursing integration in pension institutions in Taiyuan.The results show that,the satisfaction of the elderly in the institutions is life care,cultural entertainment,medical care and rehabilitation services from high to low,and analyze the gap between perceived and expected service quality,indicating that the connection between the endowment resources and the medical resources of the Pension institutions in Taiyuan is not sufficient,and the level of medical quality is not high.Based on empirical analysis and literature research,explore the means to promote the quality of medical and nursing services in the Pension institutions in Taiyuan from six aspects: Facility construction,Mechanism connection,Response Capability,talent training,service multidimensional and individual supply: Strengthen and improve the infrastructure construction of pension institutions;Effectively integrate and connect the medical resources of pension resources;improve the emergency speed of responding to the demands of elderly groups;Accelerate the talent training team;Aplenty the substance of medical and nursing services in elderly care institutions;Practically meet the service needs level of the elderly.To some extent,This will provide theoretical guideline and practical reference for the pension institutions to enhance the quality of medical and nursing services.
