| Rural culture is the historical foundation of China’s long culture,which continuously provides nutrition for Chinese civilization,and has the functions of spiritual comfort and behavior restraint.Nowadays,due to the introduction of policies such as the withdrawal of urbanization and the integration of schools and the popularization of networking,rural culture is gradually declining.Rural schools play an important role in the process of reshaping rural culture.They can adopt unique cultural space teachers and other educational resources,and cooperate with institutions of higher learning and research institutes in rural communities to guide villagers’ students to correct their attitude and evaluation of rural culture in a unique and novel way,so as to generate cultural consciousness and confidence.Through the analysis of previous literature,it is found that researchers generally analyze the cultural functions of elements of a single school.This paper focuses on the cultural functions of rural schools and the connection between elements,adopts content analysis method and in-depth interview method,investigates classic cases,summarizes relevant elements,builds a path map and puts forward countermeasures.Based on the theory of educational function and cultural enculturation,this paper sorts out the cultural function of rural schools and concludes that rural schools have the function of cultural carrier,cultural communication,cultural integration and cultural innovation.On this basis,the in-depth interview method is used to analyze the realization of cultural functions of rural schools,and it is found that there are three main problems in rural schools: rural teachers’ limited ability of cultural selection and integration,lack of school-based curriculum management mechanism,and closed management in schools.At the same time,through the investigation of school A,the author draws lessons from the cultural inheritance experience of the school from the three aspects of historical architecture,academic cultural wall and characteristic cultural activities of the school emblem,and analyzes the deficiencies and experiences in realizing the cultural functions of rural schools from the vertical perspective.Secondly,through content analysis,Nvivo12 software is used to analyze the short videos of The Tiktok and Kuaishou APP about the realization of cultural functions of rural schools.Through the open coding spindle coding selective coding,the rural cultural inheritance mode of the participants in rural cultural space is concluded There are four main elements in the rural culture participation department,and the basic elements of promoting rural cultural inheritance in rural schools are widely understood from a horizontal perspective.Finally,according to the problem experience and factors,the path map of realizing the cultural function of rural schools is constructed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward under the three guarantee conditions of sound linkage infrastructure of media propaganda subjects... |
