Research On Discipline Supervision Of D County Discipline Inspection Commission Of L Province

Since the 19 th National Congress of the party,the state has promulgated and implemented a series of legal documents,such as the supervision law and the procurator law,it is enough to show that the determination and strength of the state to fight corruption have reached an unprecedented height.The county-level discipline inspection and Supervision Organ is the first line department of anti-corruption,and it is the important administrative and supervision organ that the cadres form the thought of“Not daring to be corrupt ”.Based on the concrete situation of the discipline supervision of the Discipline Inspection and supervision organs in D County of L province,this paper analyzes the problems exposed in the process of the discipline supervision of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Committees at the county level,using the theory of public management to explore ways and means to solve practical problems,so as to put forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures in line with the objective reality.Based on the theory of administrative supervision and the theory of anti-corruption,this paper explores the definition of“Discipline inspection” and“ Supervision ”.Through interviews and data analysis of the internal staff of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of D county,it is found that the county-level commission for Discipline Inspection and supervision is faced with such practical problems as unclear orientation of the supervision function,difficulty in carrying out the supervision work,insufficient supervision and great pressure on the supervision cadres.An in-depth analysis of the reasons found that,the main factors influencing the supervision of discipline enforcement of D county are imperfect supervision mechanism of discipline enforcement,insufficient joint efforts among units,the supervision procedure of Discipline Enforcement and the power of administrative organization.Therefore,the problem-oriented,strengthen the county-level commission for Discipline Inspection and supervision of the performance of the improvement,proposed the establishment of a sound case acceptance system,adhere to the law and regulations to prevent false accusations,improve the mechanism of assessment and cooperation,to improve the efficiency of discipline supervision,the use of scientific and technological means,to help promote the efficient supervision,strengthen the construction of personnel,rational allocation of human resources and other reasonable recommendations.The corresponding suggestions in this paper can provide some reference value for the supervision of discipline enforcement of the county-level discipline inspection and supervision organs.
