At present, the phenomenon of burnout is harassing the town civil servant. Theywork for a long time in a line, onerous task, and work pressure great, Job burnout isserious, affecting the quality of the work of the town civil servant, work efficiency,and the overall image of the town civil servant.This paper as a main body of research at the township civil servants,occupational tiredness introduced to the public management research fields and on theempirical analysis, according to the content of the civil service job burnout townshipdimensions and different demography variable of the difference between is discussedin this paper, to solve the problem of the civil service job burnout to provide thereference.The study is divided into five parts; the first part is the introduction, detailing thetopics basis of this study, significance, innovation, and research methods.The second part is job burnout theory and reviewed in this paper, according toprevious research results, the concept of job burnout content and dimension and theinfluence factors of occupational tiredness and job burnout measurement aresummarized, and the development of research for laid a theoretical foundation.The third part is the study design, first of key terms is defined, and the scale ofthe samples are described, finally puts forward the hypothesis.The fourth part is data analysis, using SPSS statistical software, analysis of theraw data collected by the reliability and validity analysis, difference testing, relatedanalysis of data were explained, and verify the assumptions of this study, obtainedconclusions of this study.The fifth part for research conclusion, in-depth analysis of the results of thestudy’s connotation, in the research based on the data of, and sums up the civil servicejob burnout W township of the current situation and job burnout in the differentpopulation statistics show the differences of variables, from the individual levelorganization and system level put forward solutions job burnout Suggestions.
