| Grass-roots civil servants occupy a large proportion of the civil service team,and are the important foundation for promoting the development of key work at the grassroots level,the concrete implementers of national policies,and the civil servants who directly serve the public in the front line.Studying the motivation of grassroots civil servants can explore the underlying factors that inspire civil servants to actively engage in their work,stimulate the development of civil service team,and help establish the image of efficient,innovative and people-serving government.This study takes motivation theory as the theoretical basis and uses questionnaire survey method,literature research method and field interview method to analyze the motivation problem of grass-roots civil servants in County B.The research results show that the current situation of the implementation of incentive mechanism of grassroots civil servants in County B has problems such as limited incentive autonomy,shortage of promotion resources,low satisfaction with other welfare benefits,low satisfaction with assessment and training mechanism,and work content incentive.In response to these problems,this paper proposes to establish a fair salary mechanism and improve other welfare benefits,while suggesting countermeasures such as widening promotion channels,deepening scientific assessment system,and establishing a sound training system from the perspective of motivating factors.It is hoped that these measures can improve the motivation of grassroots civil servants,promote better growth of grassroots civil servants,enhance the management level of grassroots civil servants,further improve the efficiency of government administration,and establish a new image of effective and innovative government,so as to promote the high-quality development of government undertakings. |
