| At present,human society has entered the digital age.With the iterative upgrading of high-tech technologies such as big data,the Internet,and the internet of things,as well as the rapid development of new production methods driven by digital technology,all industries are looking for new opportunities,taking the lead in setting foot on the journey of digital office,and accelerating the pace of digital transformation.In recent years,with the continuous development of technology,digital transformation of party and government organs has become a general trend.With the continuous development of office automation and the continuous improvement of information technology in party and government organs,in terms of internal control,fully utilizing digital application platforms to promote the digital reconstruction of document processing processes,and optimizing document processing processes can effectively avoid the problems brought by traditional paper document processing: time-consuming and labor-intensive signing in departments,numerous paper documents that are difficult to query,and low efficiency in document transfer and processing,effectively achieving paperless "document handling and handling",assisting in lean management,improving the efficiency of document circulation,and burdening the grassroots are of great significance for accelerating the construction of digital institutions.This article uses literature research and interview methods,closely following the process of document processing,combined with relevant concepts and theoretical foundations,to systematically sort out the research content from three aspects:document drafting,document processing,and document management.It reveals the problems in various links of document receiving processing,document issuing processing,and document management,and analyzes the reasons for the problems in digital reconstruction of document processing processes,combined with the experience of using an integrated collaborative office platform,propose solutions and suggestions to solve problems and contradictions,explore how to effectively utilize high-tech technologies to achieve digital office,and safeguard the efficient operation of party and government organs.With the help of an integrated collaborative office platform,the process of receiving documents for party and government agencies has been paperless,which not only saves a large amount of paper,but also improves the speed of document transmission and processing,optimizes the document processing process,and effectively reduces the burden on document management personnel.However,in the practice of using an integrated collaborative office platform for document processing,there are still some urgent problems to be solved: such as in the process of receiving documents,there is a lack of review in the registration process,a lack of smooth connection from the handling process to the circulation process,and a lack of feedback in the urging process;the document processing is still paper-based,the driving force of digital transformation is insufficient,and the function of the document handling system is not perfect;there are insufficient awareness of personnel’s security and confidentiality in document management,dual track archiving still dominates,and risks in network transmission and electronic file storage.Based on my actual work in handling official documents,I have analyzed the above issues one by one,starting from the four dimensions of personnel,system,technology,and security,and searched for the reasons one by one,with the aim of finding solutions to the problems and improving the handling of official documents in a collaborative office environment. |
