Therefore,this study aims to analyze the current situation of the discipline system of "children’s ideological education" in colleges and universities in minority areas in combination with the "Work Plan on Strengthening the Construction of Related Disciplines of Young Pioneers" issued by the Communist Youth League,discover the existing problems in the discipline system by Nvivo12,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the discipline construction of "children’s organization and ideological education" in colleges and universities in minority areas.This study includes the following six parts.The first part is the introduction,which expounds the reasons for choosing the subject construction of this discipline in minority areas as the topic,as well as the research significance,literature review,concept definition,research design,research ideas and methods,research innovation points and key and difficult points.The second part discusses the growth process of the discipline,which is respectively the embryonic and preparatory period(1979-2009),the initial and development period(2010-2013),the promotion period(2014-2018),and the new development period(2019-present).Throughout the course of discipline construction of this discipline.it is found that whether from the Young Pioneers’ "children’s organization and ideological education",keeping up with the development plan of the new era runs through each period of discipline construction.The top-level design scheme of subject construction is different in different periods.To constantly promote the construction of the discipline of "Children’s organization and Ideological education" is not only the requirement of the vigorous development of the Young Pioneers’ cause,but also the general trend of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,which reflects the necessity of the discipline construction.The third part is the analysis of the elements of it’s in minority areas.It expounds the research dimension and the selection of research samples,and uses the qualitative analysis software Nvivo to encode and analyze the interview content.Taking "subject research results","subject faculty","curriculum system","talent cultivation","subject exchange" and "academic research platform" as parent nodes,and establishing child nodes,the interview content is analyzed in depth.The fourth part is an analysis of the current situation of the discipline system of the discipline in minority areas.Through a detailed analysis of the current situation of the elements of the discipline construction in minority areas in Chapter three,it can be seen that the discipline has been promoted significantly since its establishment,but there are also some problems.Affecting the development of the discipline as a whole,Therefore,this paper expounds the existing problems of the discipline system in minority areas from five aspects: there is a certain gap between the overall level of the discipline and the construction target,the development of advantageous and characteristic disciplines needs to be further strengthened,disciplinary barriers need to be further broken,talent team construction needs to be further strengthened,and achievements transformation and platform support need to be further explored.The fifth part is the enlightenment of the discipline construction of "Children’s organization and Ideological Education" in minority areas,and problems existing in the system of the discipline.The author has provided a total of six construction ideas.In terms of discipline achievements,it is proposed to stimulate the enthusiasm of students in the transformation of results,actively build a support system for transformation of results--high-level journals,and improve the policy guarantee and funding guarantee for,transformation of results.In terms of subject teachers,it is proposed to follow the law of "internal training and external introduction",establish and improve the management system of part-time teachers,and create a loose and free professional growth environment for teachers.In terms of curriculum system,it is proposed to optimize the curriculum structure reasonably,develop local courses with ethnic characteristics,and innovate the curriculum form of Internet + education.In the aspect of talent training,it puts forward to update the training plan to adapt to the new era,and innovate the training mode combining theory and practice;In the aspect of discipline exchange,it proposes to strengthen interdisciplinary integrated teaching and encourage students to broaden their horizons of academic research.In terms of research platform,it is proposed to integrate high-quality resources to build a research platform.In order to help the minority areas discipline construction.The sixth chapter is the summary,through the summary of this research,in order to help the construction of "children’s organization and ideological education" in colleges and universities in minority areas.
