The population base of China's aging population is large.With the extension of the life expectancy of the population,the elderly are increasing year by year,accompanied by an increase in the number of disability-impaired and chronically ill persons.The modern family structure has been gradually simplified.Family members have been unable to care for such elderly people and the role of social pensions has become increasingly prominent.The emergence of medical care and pension services meets the family's need for middle-and long-term care services for the elderly,the disabled and disabled,and chronically sick elderly.Medical care and pension service providers,who are engaged in pension service agencies,are the main bearers of the elderly care service.The level of professionalism directly affects the quality of service provided by institutions.Therefore,it is of great significance to speed up the building of a team of medical and nursing personnel combined with aged care services to promote the development of medical care and pension care servicesBased on the issue of the combination of medical and nursing services for the aged in Shaanxi Province,this article has carried out field research on several medical and nursing care institutions in Xi'an,Weinan,Baoji,and other areas,through the management personnel,professional technicians,and related personnel.Interviews with the elderly service personnel conducted investigations on the staff's work content,time,salary and salary,training and training,and the protection mechanism.The following problems have been found in the areas of management talents,professional and technical talents,and the construction of old volunteers for the medical and nursing service institutions in Shaanxi Province.The management personnel have insufficient managerial skills and experience;there is a large gap in professional and technical personnel,and the professional quality is low.,The staff team is unstable;for the old volunteer service flow form,the volunteer service ability is limited,the service level is low.The author believes that the reasons for this kind of status are mainly due to inadequate implementation of the pension service talent construction policy,insufficient capital investment,lack of industry access system regulations,and imperfect protection mechanisms.In view of the above reasons,the author proposed himself by improving policy construction,strengthening legislative guarantees,increasing government support,improving personnel training,admission,training and incentive mechanisms,raising social recognition,and promoting social organizations to participate in the provision of pension services insights.
