With the rapid development of social economy,civil servants at the grass-roots level as one of the backbone of social functioning,is the party and the state each policy implementation,is the executor of the grass-roots organs of important affairs,provide public services for the masses,in addition,also bear the grass-roots civil servants to sustain the relationship between the party and the masses,economic development,social stability,responsibility,Personal quality and comprehensive ability directly affect the efficiency of grassroots government work,grassroots civil servants represent the image of the party and the government in the people.On the road of rural revitalization,grassroots civil servants strengthen their work ability and improve their comprehensive quality,which can effectively enhance the overall image of civil servants and enhance the government’s credibility and ruling power.This requires grassroots civil servants to have a strong ability to adapt and learn.How to improve the basic level of civil servants’ ability has become an important subject in the training of basic level civil servants.This paper selects grassroots civil servants in X Town as the research object and analyzes the problems in the training process.The number of grassroots civil servants in X Town is small.Because there are 21 administrative villages under X Town’s administration,the civil servants in X Town bear heavy responsibilities under the COVID-19 epidemic,and the training of civil servants is facing great challenges.Was studied in this paper,through literature research and questionnaire survey method X town of grass-roots civil servants training situation,analyze the single and civil servants at the grass-roots level training mode,training content and the actual working condition is not high,spent work not enough attention for training,daily work and training work can’t balance problems,in combination with the practical situation of X town of civil servants at the grass-roots level,using relevant theories,Drawing on the successful experience of civil servant training in other provinces and cities,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for grassroots civil servant training in X Town,so as to improve the current situation of not active training,improve the incentive system of civil servant training,and improve the effect of civil servant training.
