Research On The Quality Of Railway Public Security Service

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote the modernization of the country’s governance system and governance capacity,which put forward new and higher requirements for public security work in the new era.The railway public security organ is an important participant in social governance and an important force to protect railway safety and maintain the overall political security.The application of informatization big data is particularly important to the development of railway public security work.At present,the application of informatization big data in public security across the country is in full swing,and railway public security is also one of them.However,railway public security has slightly lagged behind local public security in the development of informatization application after many restructuring reforms.Public security business information collection is undoubtedly the cornerstone of public security informatization application.If information collection is ignored,data application will become a tree without roots and water without sources,and public security informatization big data seems to have no "ammunition".In the process of railway public security business information collection and later application,there are still many problems and loopholes that restrict the development of informatization.How to optimize the quality of railway public security business information collection is a problem that must be faced by the development of Railway Public Security informatization big data.Under this background,guided by the information big data theory,modern police informatization theory and advanced police concept,the research is carried out by case analysis,literature research,comparative analysis,investigation and analysis.First of all,through the comparative analysis with local public security and foreign public security police informatization development status,the thesis analyzes the development status of Railway Public Security Police informatization,finds the gap with it,and draws on its advanced experience;Secondly,through literature research and case analysis,this thesis studies the current situation of the application of Railway Public Security informatization and the quality of business information collection in China,and analyzes the problems in the process of information collection in the application of informatization;Finally,through questionnaires and interviews,combined with the actual work of Railway Public Security informatization application,the problems in the process of railway public security business information collection and the optimization of business information quality are analyzed.Through the above research and analysis,in the application of informatization big data,there are still some loopholes in the collection of railway public security business information,which can not guarantee the high-quality service police work of the collected business information,and there is certain room for exploration in optimizing the collection quality of business information.The specific problems can include the following aspects: first,the railway public security business information collection standard is not high;Second,there are problems in the quality management of business information collection;Third,the application of business information collection technology is not perfect;Fourth,the quality of business information collection subjects is low.This will affect the quality of railway public security business information collection to a certain extent,and then partly limit the role of the collected business information in actual work.Therefore,in view of the current situation of the quality of railway public security business information collection,four specific optimization schemes are proposed: first,optimize the work specifications of business information collection;Second,optimize the quality management mechanism of business information collection;Third,increase investment in business information collection technology,software and hardware construction;Fourth,comprehensively enhance the awareness of police business information collection.Through the above measures,it is expected to effectively optimize the quality of railway public security business information collection,which plays a major role in promoting the construction of Railway Public Security informatization and provides theoretical and practical reference for the business information collection link in the construction of public security informatization.
