A Study On The Path Of Realizing The Politicalenlightenment Function Of The Young Pioneersactivities In Primary Schools

The period of childhood is the initial period of a person’s outlook on life,values and politics,which plays a foundational role in children’s lifelong development.The political enlightenment function is the core function of the organization and education of the Young Pioneers,and the activities of the Young Pioneers are the important carrier of the political enlightenment function,the political enlightenment function of the activities of the Young Pioneers directly affects the effect of the political enlightenment,and the state also attaches great importance to the political enlightenment of the activities of the Young Pioneers and promulgates a series of policies to point out the direction of the work of the Young Pioneers,however,in practice,how to carry out the political enlightenment function of the young pioneers still needs to be explored,combining the theory logic and the concrete practice,this paper studies the path to realize the political enlightenment function of the activities of the Young Pioneers.Firstly,this study expounds the political enlightenment function of the young pioneers activities theoretically,and sorts out the reasons of the political enlightenment function of the young pioneers activities,according to the literature carding summarized the political enlightenment function of the young pioneers of the specific content and path to achieve.On this basis,through the method of interview and observation,with the five Young Pioneers Counsellors and Young Pioneers in C City as the object of investigation,the political enlightenment function of the activities of the Young Pioneers was investigated,to understand the counselor’s understanding of the realization path of political enlightenment function,the choice of the realization path and the effect of the activity,to analyze the problems and reasons in the realization of political enlightenment function in the activities of Young Pioneers,and finally to propose the optimization strategy.In the process of realizing the political enlightenment function of the activities of the Young Pioneers,there are some problems,such as the imperfect degree of the organization construction of the Young Pioneers,the unclear main responsibility of the courses,the emphasis on the form of the ceremony education rather than the experience,and the difficulties in the innovative integration of the resources of the practical activities of the Young Pioneers,the main reasons are that the political attribute of the young pioneers is not fully understood by the school,the role of the instructors is not clear,the activities of the Young Pioneers are interfered by the traditional educational model,and the family,school and society do not form the educational joint force,etc.,it should be optimized from the aspects of counselor team construction,normalization of team lessons,improvement of ritual education system,and active practice and experience activities.
