| The improvement of rural living environment is to meet the needs of rural residents’ pursuit and yearning for a beautiful rural living environment,and will gradually promote the transformation of rural living environment from "dirty,messy and poor" to "rural beauty".As the rural residential environment regulation improve five years action plan(2021-2025),the beginning of the 2022,2023 central file no.1 have proposed in advance the living environment regulation,national policy coordination,to comprehensively improve the rural living environment quality,comprehensively promote rural revitalization,accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,the construction of beautiful China provides a strong support.Under the promotion of the current policy,the village environment has been basically achieved clean and orderly,the environmental health concept of rural residents has been changed,and the living quality of residents has been improved.However,for individual rural residents,there is still a low degree of practice of living environment protection,and the problem of "high awareness and low practice degree" occurs.Therefore,this paper around the problem of rural residents environmental practice degree is not high,based on the theory of "stimulus-body-reaction",rural residents in Jiangxi province as the research object,using the OLS model and mediation effect test model,research policy tools on rural residents voluntary environmental behavior and rural residents psychology in policy tools and the rural residents voluntary environmental behavior in the intermediary role.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Communication and diffusion policy tools,service-oriented policy tools and command control policy tools have a significant positive impact on rural residents ’living voluntary environmental behaviors,and the impact of service-oriented policy tools on rural residents’ voluntary environmental behaviors in life has differences in education level.(2)Rural residents ’psychology plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between policy tools and rural residents’ voluntary environmental behavior.(3)There are six paths for the influence of policy tools on the voluntary environmental behavior of rural residents.Therefore,we can stimulate the psychology of rural residents by choosing and using communication and diffusion policy tools,service policy tools and command control policy tools,so as to promote the voluntary environmental behavior of rural residents,so as to improve the rural living environment. |
