Research On Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Wenzhou Youth Entrepreneurship Policy

In order to encourage young people and further promote their active entrepreneurship,governments at all levels in Wenzhou have issued a series of supportive policies,which play a positive role in stimulating the enthusiasm of young people for entrepreneurship and improving the success rate of entrepreneurship.Because there are some problems in the implementation of the policy,the effect of the implementation of the policy has not reached the expectations.In addition,there are few researches on the status quo and countermeasures of youth entrepreneurship policies based on the perspective of youth entrepreneurship,and even fewer studies on the status quo and countermeasures of youth entrepreneurship policies in Wenzhou City.Therefore,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the status quo of youth entrepreneurship and innovation in Wenzhou City,and points out some typical problems.And combined with the actual situation of Wenzhou city put forward some targeted suggestions and measures,also has a certain innovative research significance.At the same time,the study of the current situation and countermeasures of Wenzhou youth entrepreneurship policy is helpful to provide some references for local government departments to issue entrepreneurship policies,hoping to improve the quality of policy formulation and implementation effect,and also contribute to a more in-depth discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of youth entrepreneurship policy.This paper reviews a series of youth entrepreneurship policies issued by Wenzhou City,and uses literature research,systematic analysis,investigation and research methods to elaborate the current situation of youth entrepreneurship policies in Wenzhou City,analyzes the existing problems and reasons,and countermeasures to improve the policies.This paper explores the problems existing in the implementation of entrepreneurship policies for young people in Wenzhou,such as weak targeting,weak aggregation effect,and difficult implementation of policies,and analyzes the reasons for the above problems,such as inadequate publicity by relevant departments,insufficient soft and hard conditions,and insufficient research and demonstration.In view of these problems and their causes,To put forward further suggestions and suggestions,such as formulating youth entrepreneurship policies reasonably and scientifically according to local conditions through inter-departmental communication and cooperation;Through the formulation of "tempted" inclusive policy system;Through strengthening publicity to improve the effect of policy implementation,it tries to provide a reference for the development of youth employment,entrepreneurship and innovation,and also tries to add impetus to the development of Wenzhou.
