| As an important part of Marxism,Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development is the core component of Marx’s science of real people and their historical development,and the theoretical cornerstone for cultivating the new generation of the times.Since the introduction of Marxism into China,insightful people in China have organically combined the theory of comprehensive human development with China’s specific reality,innovatively inherited and developed Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development,injected fresh blood into it,closely combined it with youth training,and created a theoretical system for training the new man of the times in the new era.As a realistic practice of Marx’s theory of all-round human development,the training of the new generation undertakes the historical mission of training talents for the Party and the country,and its ultimate value is to promote the all-round development of human beings.Entering a new era,China is standing up,getting rich and getting strong,which is the new historical orientation of China’s development.Based on this,the 20 th CPC National Congress has also put forward new requirements for the new generation of the times.They carry the hope of national rejuvenation and national prosperity,and are an important talent pool.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the research on Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development and the cultivation of the new man of the times,in order to cultivate socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of morality,intellect,physique,aesthetics and labor,promote comprehensive human development and social progress,and help the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper is mainly divided into the following four parts for discussion:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research purpose and significance of the thesis,the current situation of domestic and foreign researches,the research method and the innovation,and explains the origin of the research topic of Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development and the cultivation of the new man of the times as a whole.The second chapter mainly systematically reviews Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development.Any great theory is nurtured and developed under specific socio-historical conditions.The unprecedented development of capitalist industry,the fetters of the capitalist system on the comprehensive development of human beings and the resulting awakening and resistance of the proletariat are the social background against which Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development emerged.On this basis,the analysis summarizes the basic connotations of three aspects of human capabilities,needs and social relations,which provide the value direction for the cultivation of the new man of the age.It also outlines the three theoretical features of dialectical unity of the individual and the whole,objective regularity and subjective motivation,and naturalness and sociality,which provide the basic guidelines for the practical path.The third chapter focuses on the relationship between Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development and the cultivation of the new man of the age.This chapter firstly elaborates the concept of the new man of the times from different dimensions such as time and mission,and outlines its main characteristics in four aspects: political,innovative,contemporary and inclusive,and then illustrates the important value of the cultivation of the new man of the times.Secondly,the article discusses the logical relationship between Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development and the cultivation of the new man of the times from multiple levels of education objectives,cultivation contents and scientific practices and theoretical pioneering,so as to clarify the ideas for the following in-depth discussion on the practical work of education of the new man of the times.The fourth chapter mainly explores the practical path of strengthening new generations and promoting comprehensive human development.The cultivation of the new generation must reflect the all-round development of human beings in order to meet the development requirements of socialist modernization.At the same time,promoting the all-round development of people also needs to be realized by strengthening the training of the new man of the times.Therefore,this chapter firstly determines the specific requirements and value objectives of cultivating the new man of the times with Marx’s theory of all-round human development.Secondly,through the three dimensions of education guidance,practice cultivation and institutional guarantee,it constantly enriches the connotation of cultivation,develops the form of cultivation and builds the platform of cultivation,so that the comprehensive development of human beings and the cultivation of the new man of the times are unified in the great practice of Chinese modernization. |
