Research On Multiple Subjects Participating In The Construction Of Enterprise-oriented Community Culture

The rejuvenation and rise of the nation must be accompanied by the dev elopment of advanced culture.As the soul of the country and the spiritual ho me of the people,cultural construction and development is particularly impor tant.At present,the development of community cultural construction in China is uneven,most of which are in the shortage of funds and low quality of cult ural construction team,which restricts the development of community cultura l construction.The study of the influencing factors of community cultural con struction is conducive to find out the problems existing in cultural constructi on,and thus put forward corresponding suggestions to better promote the dev elopment of community cultural construction.This topic takes the typical——S community of industrial and mining e nterprises in Taiyuan as an example,based on Xi Jinping’s important discussi on on social governance and social service,multiple governance theory and ci tizen participation theory,and conducts an overall study on S community in T aiyuan,and sorts out its current situation of community cultural construction.Through questionnaire survey,field survey,interview and other methods,the c urrent situation and problems of S community cultural construction in Taiyu an city were summarized and analyzed,and the causes were analyzed.On this basis,according to the current situation of the cultural construction of S com munity in Taiyuan city,combined with relevant theories,the corresponding so lutions are given.This paper finds that Xi Jinping’s important discourse on so cial governance and social service,multi-governance theory and citizen partic ipation theory have certain enlightening effect and reference value for the co nstruction of enterprise-oriented community culture in Taiyuan.From the per spective of the participation of multiple subjects,the cultural construction of S community in Taiyuan is still faced with problems such as imperfect cultur al construction system,incomplete cultural infrastructure,monotonous form o f cultural activities,low quality of content,lack of cultural professionals,low d egree of professionalism,and limited level of cultural activities.To better pro mote the cultural construction of Taiyuan city S community,the introduction of professional guidance,enterprises to provide funding,strengthen organizati onal cultural integration,community to promote cultural activities organizatio n and ability,cultural organizations to strengthen team construction,residents to actively participate in cultural construction,improve self cultural accompli shment,gradually optimize community cultural construction environment,for m a multiple subject participation in community culture construction work sh aring mode.This paper explores the practice of multi-subject participation in the S c ommunity of Taiyuan city,aiming to enrich and develop relevant research in this field.In a practical sense,on the one hand,explore the potential of various construction subjects of S community in Taiyuan,on the other hand,use the a dvantages of education,culture and other aspects to further enrich the enterpri se-based community culture in Taiyuan,which has certain reference value for the construction of enterprise-based community culture in other parts of the country.
