Research On The Path Of Development Of Rural Characteristic Industries In P County Of Shanxi Province Under The Theory Of Good Governance

The report of the Party’s 20 th National Congress stressed the need to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,speed up the construction of an agricultural power,and solidly promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology,and organizations.Rural revitalization and industrial prosperity is the focus,and the characteristic development and differentiated development of the industry is an important way for the sustainable development of rural industries.The rural revitalization strategy puts forward new requirements and goals for the development of rural characteristic industries.Exploring the development system of rural characteristic industries has both academic value and practical significance.This paper takes the rural characteristic industries in P County as the research object,and uses the research methods of literature,comparative analysis,field investigation,historical analysis and case study to systematically analyze the current difficulties in the development of rural characteristic industries in P County,and clarifies the difficulties in the development of characteristic industries in P County as follows: Government policy inclinations and blind selection of characteristic industries,the rural characteristic industry business environment is bad,the farmer participates in the characteristic industry not actively,the selective management below travel industry development is unbalanced.In view of the existing difficulties,this paper further analyzes the internal reasons from the aspects of government management and guidance,business environment,farmers and industry integration and ecological leisure agriculture.Finally,combining the theory of good governance,the paper gives some suggestions on how to improve the development of rural characteristic industries in P County of Shanxi province: coordinating the relationship between the government and the market,stimulating the vitality of the industry,Optimize the business environment and coordinate the relationship between enterprises and farmers;strengthening information technology services for farmers,focusing on rural industry talent empowerment;coordinated governance to promote industrial integration,building a rural ecological civilization.
