Research On Collaborative Governance Strategy Of Rural Industry Revitalization In J District Of Chongzuo City

In the 20-character rural revitalization strategy proposed by the 19 th CPC National Congress,"industrial prosperity" is placed in the top position.The 20 th CPC National Congress also proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and put the revitalization of rural industries at the top of the "Five major revitalization".The No.1 Document of the CPC Central Committee in2023 proposed for the first time to promote the high-quality development of rural industries.However,although Chinese rural industry has made certain development,there are still a lot of problems and short board.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research on the collaborative governance of rural industry revitalization,clarify the relationship among the subjects participating in the governance of rural industry,and give full play to the collaborative power of all subjects,for the rural industry to achieve high-quality development under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,as well as to solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in the new era.In combination with the current development period of rural industry,this paper takes the current situation of rural industry in J District of Chongzuo City as the entry point.By consulting relevant materials and making full use of literature research method,this paper summarizes domestic and foreign experience of rural industry revitalization.On the basis of fully understanding the current situation,practices and effects of rural industry revitalization in J District of Chongzuo City,questionnaire survey and interview method are used to carry out research.Using the SFIC model of collaborative governance as the analysis framework,the paper comprehensively and systematically analyzes the predicament of rural industry revitalization and collaborative governance in J District of Chongzuo City,and further explores the causes of the predicament from the perspectives of government,enterprises and farmers.In order to enable the government,enterprises and farmers to really play a synergistic role,At the end of the study,it is pointed out that "the government should optimize the allocation of resources and environment,enterprises should enhance the awareness of active service,and villagers should give full play to their own advantages to optimize the initial conditions of collaboration;By strengthening the core ability of the grass-roots Party organization,giving play to the leading role of local government,changing the governance concept of township government,and building up a new pattern of rural industry governance;We must broaden the channels for information collection,comprehensively deepen the openness of government affairs,formulate industrial development standards,and further improve the system design of coordination.By building a diversified exchange platform,constructing a new mechanism of interest coordination,exploring a new model of incentive and guarantee,and gathering the synergy of collaborative subjects " and other countermeasures and suggestions,it is expected to provide valuable reference for helping to implement the rural revitalization strategy and promote the high-quality development of rural economy and society.
