Research On Deficiency And Improvement Of Community Grid Governance In Wuhu City

Community is the microcosm of society,but also the capillaries of the city,is an important part of the modern governance system.Community workers in the community face diverse subjects that reflect many problems.The relationships are complex,and it can be seen that the community is the "last kilometre" of urban governance.The community grid is the "grid" that divides the city into one according to the administrative district.These grids will become the unit of community public service and management.Through the grid of street-based community units,resources,management,services,and power will be integrated into the sinking,play its important role in community governance,and continuously make it an important hand in urban governance.The Recommendations of the CPC Central Committee on the Formulation of the14 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Vision Goals of the Year 355 clearly set out,strengthening and innovating social governance and improving the social governance system;To push the focus of social governance downward towards the grassroots and to empower the grassroots;Construction of grid management,fine service,information support,open and shared grassroots management service platform.Therefore,as a set of digitization and informatization methods,community grid governance is a new management model with event as management content,disposal unit as responsible person,and all kinds of resource linkage and sharing.However,nowadays,the community grid management is not in place of publicity,management difficulty,management efficiency is low,the participation of the masses is low,information collection is difficult and other problems become more and more prominent.How to strengthen the guarantee of the legal system,adhere to the system of governance,play the leading role of Party building,and realize the benign interaction between government governance and residents’ autonomy is the focus of this paper.In this paper,the development course,current situation,existing problems and reasons of grid management in J District of Wuhu City,Anhui Province,are discussed.And improvement measures,etc.,on the basis of fully discussing the concept of "mesh" "mesh governance" "community mesh management," Using literature research method and questionnaire method to analyze the difficulties of community grid management in J district of Wuhu City,Finding that there are deficiencies in government participation,poor information collection channels,imperfect governance platform construction and poor participation of the masses,The reasons for the deficiency are the top-level design,the means of government management,the collaboration of departments,the sharing of data among departments and the promotion of grassroots.Finally,based on the present situation of community grid governance in J community in Wuhu City,the paper proposes countermeasures for community grid management in Wuhu City,thus improving the level of community governance in Wuhu City,safeguarding the fundamental interests of the majority of the people and promoting the construction of people’s cities.
