Abstract/Summary:
The party school is a political school with Chinese characteristics that carries out cadre education.The ability level and work enthusiasm of teachers determine the development of the party school.The prefecture-level party schools are the main force of the training and rotation of grassroots party cadres,and undertake the important task of training and rotation of city-level and county-level party cadres.It is more practical to study teacher incentives in prefecture-level party schools.The thesis first defines the basic concepts of public welfare institutions,party schools,incentives,etc.,and clearly takes the teachers of the party school in Z City,Hunan Province as the research object.On the basis of two-factor theory,equity theory and synchronous incentive theory,literature research method,case analysis method,questionnaire method and in-depth interview method are mainly used.By means of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper investigated and analyzed the incentive measures of party school teachers in Z City from the two levels of material incentive and spiritual incentive,including these aspects: salary,annual assessment,promotion flow,education and training,honor care and so on.After investigation,this paper draws the following conclusions.First,the problems existing in the incentives for teachers of the Party School in Z City are mainly: the overall level of salary incentives is low,the annual assessment incentive effect is not strong,the promotion channels are not smooth,the education and training incentives are not effective,and the spiritual incentives play a weak role.Second,the reasons for the problems are: the concept of talent management is lagging behind,the compensation incentive mechanism is not perfect,the assessment system is unscientific,the promotion flow channels are not straightened out,the education and training system has not been formed,and insufficient attention to honor care incentive.The third is to put forward optimization suggestions from the aspects of establishing a new management concept that attaches importance to talents,improving the salary incentive mechanism and guarantee,building a scientific assessment system,opening up the promotion flow channels,strengthening the systematic construction of education and training,and implementing diversified spiritual incentive measures.It is hoped that it can provide a reference for improving the optimization of teacher incentives in prefecture-level party schools across the country.
