The connotative development of secondary vocational education is an important era proposition in the process of high-quality development of vocational education in China.Secondary vocational education is the basic link of vocational education,an important source of students for the "College Entrance Examination for Vocational Education",and also an important talent support for regional economic development.Only by vigorously improving the quality of secondary vocational education,taking the road of connotative development,and achieving high-quality development can we deliver students with solid technical skills and qualified cultural foundation for higher vocational education,and meet the social demand for technical and skilled talents.Therefore,the governance of problems in the connotative development of secondary vocational education is related to the high-quality development of secondary vocational education,and the quality of students in higher vocational education,Also related to the delivery of qualified applied talents for regional economic development and rural revitalization,and the implementation of public governance in secondary vocational education.The key word of connotative development is "quality".The ultimate goal of secondary vocational schools is to improve the quality of running schools,that is,to improve the quality of management,talent training,teaching,teachers and other aspects.The internal governance of the school is the basis for the operation of all the work of the school.The professional construction and development are related to the precise connection between the talent supply side and the market demand side.The teaching quality is related to the quality of talent training.The teaching staff is the human(talent)resource guarantee for the professional construction and teaching quality.Taking Guangxi LG as a case study to analyze the connotative development effect and existing problems of the school from four dimensions of its internal governance,professional construction,teaching quality and faculty construction,and analyzes the causes of the problems: the school’s internal governance capacity is insufficient;The cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises is incomplete;and Lack of consciousness of teaching quality;The fourth cause is the shortage of high-quality teachers.Improve management efficiency by Optimizing the internal governance;Strengthen characteristic governance and optimize professional structure;Strengthen total quality management and improve education quality;Strengthen the management of teachers and improve the overall level of teachers;Give full play to the government’s service function and other countermeasures.To some extent,can Solve the above issues and to provide reference for the governance of the connotative development of Guangxi secondary vocational education.
