Research On The Legal Protection Of Traditional Ethnic Costume Culture

Traditional ethnic clothing culture is an important component of Chinese traditional culture and an important part of intangible cultural heritage.In the context of the new era,protecting traditional ethnic clothing culture is conducive to promoting rural revitalization,enhancing cultural confidence,and solidifying the sense of Chinese national community.The article takes the legal protection of traditional ethnic clothing culture as the research object.Through literature research,normative analysis,and field research,it comprehensively analyzes the current situation and existing problems of legal protection of traditional ethnic clothing culture in China,and attempts to propose improvement suggestions.The article is divided into four chapters,in addition to the introduction and conclusion.The first chapter is an overview,which defines the relevant concepts of ethnic traditional clothing culture,summarizes its characteristics and protection significance,summarizes the protection policy of "inheritance in protection,protection in inheritance",and the characteristics of long-term public law protected mode as the leading.Chapter 2 is an analysis of the current situation,summarizing the legislation and legal implementation effectiveness related to the protection of ethnic traditional clothing.The third chapter discusses the existing problems,combined with on-site research and normative analysis,and summarizes the problems in the legal protection of traditional ethnic clothing culture in China.For example,the identification procedures and rights and obligations of intangible cultural heritage inheritors are not detailed enough,the uniqueness is weakened,the loss of traditional ethnic clothing with cultural relics value,and the level of private law protection needs to be improved.Chapter 4 is the countermeasures,proposing detailed regulations on the system of inheritors of intangible cultural heritage in response to the identified problems;Establishing a standardized mechanism and prohibiting the distorted or derogatory use of traditional ethnic clothing culture to maintain its uniqueness;Strengthen protection from the source to alleviate the loss of ethnic traditional clothing with cultural heritage value;By improving the rights setting of traditional ethnic clothing culture and enhancing the legal literacy of inheritors of intangible cultural heritage,we can improve the shortcomings of private law protection and promote its sustainable development.
