On August 20,2021,the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress(NPC)adopted a decision on amending the Law on Population and Family Planning.The revised Law stipulates that the state advocates marriage and childbirth at the right age and healthy childbirth and healthy childbirth,and that a couple can have three children.The three-child policy is proposed based on the current situation of China’s population structure to guide the direction of social development,with the purpose of alleviating the current aging situation in China and supplementing the young and middle-aged labor force.However,there is still no significant improvement in fertility rate after the introduction of the three-child policy.The mainstream view holds that the continuous low fertility rate in China is due to the continuous decline of women of childbearing age.The most closely related to women of childbearing age’s desire to bear children is the employment dilemma.After the introduction of the three-child policy,the employment dilemma of women of childbearing age becomes more complicated and the employment situation becomes more severe.Solving the employment dilemma is the most important part of solving the fertility problem.It is of irreplaceable significance for the implementation of fertility policy and the harmonious and stable development of society to reduce the employment discrimination against women of childbearing age and improve their employment status.In panjin employment of professional women of childbearing age as the research object,using literature method,interview method and questionnaire survey research methods,the employment situation and the security situation of panjin professional women of childbearing age to a more comprehensive analysis,found the panjin professional women of reproductive age in the main problems existing in the employment,Analyze the causes of the problems and put forward solutions.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which elaborates the research background,research purpose,research significance,research content and research methods,and presents and reviews the domestic and foreign literature on employment and fertility of professional women of childbearing age.The second chapter is an overview of basic theories,defining the concepts of fertility dilemma and working women of childbearing age involved in this paper,and introducing three basic theories involved in this research.The third chapter introduces and analyzes the employment and security situation of professional women of childbearing age in Panjin city.Through questionnaire and interview,it analyzes the employment status and security measures of professional women of childbearing age in Panjin City from three perspectives.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the factors affecting the employment of professional women of reproductive age in Panjin city.On the basis of the investigation and analysis in the previous chapter,it excavates three problems existing in the employment of professional women of reproductive age in Panjin City,and analyzes the causes of four problems according to the problems.The fifth chapter,according to the problems and causes of employment of professional women of childbearing age in Panjin city,proposes four levels of solutions,so as to improve the employment status of professional women of childbearing age in Panjin City.
