Collaboration,Participation and Common Interests(CPCI),has become the core concept of urban governance in China.As an important part of urban governance,urban communities should also pursue to realize it.Large-scale urban communities are difficult to achieve good governance when disturbed by problems of size,population,and continuity of governance agendas.This article intends to explore how to solve these problems through residents' participation,and then realize the state of CPCI,that is,good governance.The CPCI concept is interpreted by build a preliminary analysis framework: agenda interaction through communicative behavior in public spaces.A specific case study was subsequently used to verify this framework: Years of governance experience summarized and refined of Huaguoyuan community in Guiyang City through interviews,discussions,Internet data collection,official documents,etc.The results indicate that residents' participation in the process of realizing the governance pattern of CPCI in large-scale urban communities in cities is indispensable.First of all,it is the fundamental starting point of the CPCI concept;Secondly,it can solve the current community dilemma in the governance of large-scale urban communities in cities and truly build them into social communities;Finally,it has cultivated the value concept of the community with a public spirit,and provided a great help to promote the formation of a new pattern of large-scale urban community development.This new pattern solves the risk of empty space,lack of communication and unsustainable agenda in large-scale urban communities and realize its healthy development.The findings not only further understand how community residents' participation in the governance of their larger living spaces to promote the CPCI state,but also shows that large-scale urban community governance with extensive and in-depth participation of residents should be maintained,providing a solid guarantee for accelerating the modernization of urban social governance.
